The Application in One Paragraph

Council Workshop runs a council's plant and fleet end to end: every grader, truck, ute and attachment sits in a classed asset register with meters, registration and assignment; maintenance templates project per-asset service plans by date and meter; pre-start and workshop inspections raise defects — an immediate-stop failure takes the asset off the road on the spot; defects and breakdowns become work requests, then planned work orders with tasks, labour bookings and parts; the store issues stock against work orders and replenishes through requisitions, purchase orders and goods receipts; fuel and tyres are tracked per asset and per fitment; and the lifecycle closes with incidents, budgets, renewal assessments scored on condition and cost, and disposals with auction proceeds recorded.
